Not always. I just really didn't / don't know how to put this stuff into words.
I won't recap the last 6 months, some have been ok, some not ok.
But this week, this is what I've done wrong already:
- tried to switch my son's go phone number to a family plan, but keep the number. They said we could do it, but after an hour with the ATT guy in the store and on the phone with tech support, I gave up and told my son he'll have to suck it up and get a new number. In the midst of this, I had to call G in Florida at a conference because his name is listed as the account holder @@
- since we couldn't keep the number after interupting him... of *course it's my fault. Results, not effort @@
- the light bulb on his touch lamp in his office doesn't work. The new bulb I got doesn't work. His lamp is obviously broken and yup, it's my fault.
- my 15 year old did a mediocre poster for a science project. Hey, it's *his work, not mine and his grade from his teacher will reflect what she expected of him. But hey, it's *my fault that he's not prepared, thinks it's good enough and of course won't get into college.
